Why I Think Jenkins The Valet Will Be Successful

Introduction

Jenkins The Valet is the first ever community generative NFT book. Holders of Jenkins The Valet NFTs have access to a members only voting portal where the title, genre, plot, ect will be voted on. This is a unique and innovative project that has never before been attempted on the blockchain.

Jenkins NFTs

The Jenkins The Valet NFT collection contains four Writers Room NFTs. All four of these NFTs come with different features, all of which offer special value to BAYC holders. With every Writers Room NFT, non ape holders will be recognized in an undecided way. The cheapest is the Valet Ticket.

These allow for five writers room votes in addition to the holder’s name and their ape/mutant’s name to be listed in the book acknowledgements. The floor is currently .05 Eth. The next cheapest Jenkins NFT is the Yacht Key. These grant 10 writers room votes and your ape/mutant will be included in a game of “Where’s Jenkins” on the back cover of the finished book. The second most expensive NFT in the collection is the Jenkins’ Stand. These Allow for 50 writers room votes and the holders ape/mutant to be included in a book illustration.

The floor is .9 ETH. The most sought after NFT in the collection is the WAGMI Yacht. Only 69 WAGMI Yachts were minted. Owning one, grants the holder 215 writiers room votes and will allow their ape/mutant to be directly included in the story. While all four NFTs have different uses, owning any of the four allows participation in the first ever generative book on the blockchain.

The Team

The most important part of any project for me is the team behind it. When you buy a project you are investing in the team building it. My most confident advice is to “invest in people not projects.”

The Jenkins The Valet creators are @jenkinstheValet, @0xfoobar and @seeapefollowape. The team of advisors currently has @gmoneynft, @andy8052, @drewaustin, @beijingdou, @thenftattorney and @adambrotman. This is a team I am betting on every single time. Every position is held by a very influential individual who has seen extreme success in the NFT world. I would feel comfortable investing in every one of Jenkins team members individually, as a unit there is no limit to this groups potential.

To date, the team has done a flawless job communicating and delivering on their roadmap. Most recently, after promising a new advisor the team brought on @gmoneynft which is a huge win for the entire project. Twice a month the project team holds a “Town Hall” where all things project related are discussed and the floor is opened up for community questions. This is a feature I believe future projects will begin implementing, it has worked flawlessly in updating the community and keeping members engaged.

True Innovation

Jenkins The Value has begun building a members only writers room on floors 12 & 13 of the @realestapes plot in @thesandboxgame. They brought on an architect,  @zonrox23, who will work with Writers Room NFT holders to complete the room. Only Writers Room NFT holders will ever have access.

This project is changing and innovating how NFTs bring value to holders with the implantation of their free licensing agreement. For ape holders, they are able to license their ape/mutant to the book for an estimated 25-50% of profit given to them through the agreement.  The team worked with the Bored Ape Yacht Club on a licensing solution for non ape holders. Non apes/mutants will be able to use their Writers Room NFT to “team up” with an ape holder and split royalties.

For ape owners, this is a chance to generate value from the commercial rights given to apes, there are not many other opportunities like this available right now. If Jenkins blows up, their first editions will always be the most valuable. Apes/Mutants featured in that book will have an extra layer of value and history attached to them forever. For non ape owners, while they are not only generating royalties by holding a Writers Room NFT, they are also holding the first and only of those Writers Room NFTs ever. Future Books will be created featuring different avatars down the line but Writers Room NFTs will never be re-released.

Implementing the Bored Ape Yacht Club was a very smart move for this book. The spin off model has already shown success with the original PunksComic. The BAYC is working on being the most sought after “club” in the entire metaverse and is really just getting started. There are 30,000 apes/mutants and only 6,942 Writers Room NFTs. I can only imagine when everyone realizes the true potential of this project, there will be thousands of apes wanting to get theirs featured. There is no other opportunity yet to profit off your nfts in this fashion, Jenkins The Valet is innovating in the nft space.

The Future

This project is more than just one book, the team has 10+ year plans. They believe this will be influential enough to bring movies, toys, tv shows, ect. The bigger Jenkins The Valet becomes, the more value the original BAYC Book and the Writers Room NFTs will have.

This project checks all the boxes. With just a .05 floor on Valet Tickets, Jenkins The Valet is one I am willing to bet on.
